Infertility

schoolsoutbride

Thanks so much for your response to my "IVF with a Toddler" post.  I think you and I are in pretty much the same situation...I'm guessing from your name that you're a teacher?  Me too....lost my job in May right after starting IUIs.  Didn't think that I should stop the process so I didn't....and now here I am jobless and doing my first, and only round of IVF.   I figured when I did get a job, that it wouldn't be the best idea to be out/sore/miserable for my first year.  My daughter is 3 1/2 so I imagine it's going to be challenging during the ER/ET.  Thanks again for all your input!!

  • I would really try to line up some help after the ER (you're going to hurt) and while you're on bedrest.  I couldn't have done it without it!

Sorry to hear about you losing your job, but good luck with the IVF!

Yup, I'm a teacher.  Had to miss 3 days of planning week for bedrest and got students Monday.  I'm so tired!
