I didn't have any nausea, but like a pp said, I had cramping a few days later and have been having painful breasts the whole time. Hope you feel better soon and get your BFP in a couple weeks!
Yes, I experienced notable nausea after my first IUI... and probably 4 or 5 of the other IUIs too. Since I always used a trigger shot, it was difficult to separate the trigger symptoms from anything caused by the IUI, but I think the IUI can cause some uncomfortable bloating/gassiness. Add that to spiking progesterone level caused by the trigger (and the nausea/constipation that progesterone brings), and you've got pregnancy-like symptoms from 1dpIUI.
