Yasmin BCP...health risks?

I've been on Yasmin for over a month now and today I saw one of those Lawyer commercials where they announce health risks associated with taking the bcp and to contact them if you've experienced any of it. I'm kinda freaked out now because one of the health risks stated was blood clots which I had when I got my first period on it. The blood clot was bigger than the size of a quarter. Should I be concerned?

I just saw it too! I'm not on it now (BFing), but I was on it for a good few years prior to getting pregnant. I'm off to Google-research it now...

Holy cow. I just googled it and learned that one of the other serious side effects is sudden death Indifferent

I saw it, too... but really, if you read the fine print that comes with the pill, those are listed as health risks on almost every one of the varieties. Makes me wonder if it's just that the firm is choosing Yas because it's so high profile.
