First run with Preseed

We tried Preseed for the first time earlier today.  I didn't use the applicators because I had heard GP ladies saying the applicator may be too much. 

I also remembered a GP saying her husband didn't love it because he felt a "lack of traction."

DH-  he didn't notice anything different. 

Me-  I don't think I liked it. Sad   Normally, I always have a great time BDing, but I actually had trouble "getting there".   I felt like I couldn't feel anything and later on those words of "no traction" made sense.  

Anyone else notice this?

    It was ok for me, but DH said that he had more trouble getting there as well. Since that would defeat the purpose, we have stopped using pre-seed after 2 tries...?

    I hear you there...

    I brought up not using it next time to DH.   He seemed fine with it.  My missing in action EWCM came back which was nice. 

    I am just hoping we won't screw ourselves by not using the Preseed.

    Do you think maybe you were thinking about it to much?? I know the first time we used it I was trying to see what if felt like and was analysing how the lub felt rather then being in the moment.

    Try not to think about it and use a little less. GL

    You bring up a good point Shell. 

    I probably was overthinking it.  Maybe I also expected alot out of myself in a short amount of time too. 

    I think it is hard sometimes when DH comes home "to make a deposit"  to get the engine revved fast.  I always worry about getting him back to work fast enough.
