Diaper issues!!! Ugh!!!

Has anyone had any issues with Huggies Snug and Dry? My little one is now 8 months old wearing a size 3 - which is up to 28 pounds. For the past two weeks she has leaked through her diaper onto her clothing and onto her car seat in some cases when she has a #2 (sorry...not trying to be gross). I don't understand why this is happening b/c she's only 19 pounds. So, it can't be that the diapers are too small for her. Suggestions?

    If this is something that happens regularly then I would try a different brand of diapers.
    I have no baby as yet (TTC) my friend has a 18 month old, and she uses Pampers and they would just fine.
