She was probably around 6 months old. I was carrying her and dropped her paci. I bent down to get it and somehow she fell back out of my arms. I have no idea what happened, she cried a little, I cried a lot. I don't even know if she hit her head. There wasn't even a bump, but I called the resident on call, LOL, I was totally freaked out.
Totally lack of sleep, she was still waking up a ton at that point...
1) When DD was 2 weeks old I forgot to buckle the car seat. It was winter so she had a blanket over her in the carrier and I didn't think to check. ooopppsss!
2) I was loading groceries into the trunk and the cart started to roll away (she was in it). She got about 6 feet away before I realized it. Again OOOPPPSSS!
I was going XC skiing with DD (so I had the ski trailer, my skis/poles, and clothes/snacks/etc. for both of us.
I was going into the warming hut to get us bundled up and I had an armload of stuff and DD in my arm. I didn't realize there was a little step up and completely fell on the floor. I hit my knee first and DD's head second.
DS and I were playing frisbee and I threw it right into his face. Totally didn't mean to, but it turned out to be a perfect throw...right to his cheek. He burst into tears and I felt HORRIBLE!

I've scratched both of them with my ring and finger nails.
I clipped a tiny bit of DD's finger trying to cut her nails. I did this twice. I no longer cut their nails, it's DH's job.
I dropped the remote on DD's head when she was a newborn.
I drove with the straps undone on DS's carseat.
I ran into the hallway wall with DS's head.
DH went to step over DD when she was about 9 months old. She was standing in the kitchen and as he stepped over her his leg caught her head and she slammed to the floor. That was the worse!
I dislocated her arm last December - I was holding her hand and she tripped and it just popped out. The ER doc was able to pop it right back in, but now she's more prone to the dislocation (nursemaids elbow) and it's popped out a couple of times since, but always pops right back in on its own.
That would be the day she flipped herself out of the shopping cart while I was paying, and I didn't catch her in time. Thank god she had a winter coat on and the hood broke her fall.

Ooo that's a fear of mine! I'm always so worried that his little arm is going to pop out! Does she scream and cry when it happens? I assume it hurts right?
I have 2 more. When DD was still a newborn, DH was eating chips and salsa while he was holding her. The salsa dropped right in her eye.
Also when DD was newbornish I was sleeping on the couch with her. She would only sleep on my chest so I had her on top and a sheet wrapped over us tucked under me. I woke up to her screaming on the floor still hanging on to the sheet. She must have slid down it like a pirate! No more sleeping on me after that.

Surprisingly, no. My mom accidentally popped it out while we were shopping a couple weeks ago and she just started yelling "My arm hurts! My arm hurts!" I made her reach up to grab a snack I was holding and it popped back in. The first time it happened, she did cry at first, but stopped pretty quickly - I could definitely tell it was bothering her though.

1) scratch DS with my engagement ring when he was just a few days old, he screamed bloody murder, I stoped wearing my engagement for 3 months after that.
2) I clipped DD's finger instead of her nails when she was a week old, she cried I cried, it was a mess.
I fell with Jonas...tripped over the baby gate and came crashing down. If I would have held onto him, he would have been smooshed under me, so I gave him a little push and twist to the side as I was falling and he landed flat on his back with a thud. He was only probably about 4-5 months old. Luckily, I took the worst of the fall.
A few days ago, my husband dropped his phone and it literally bounced off of the top of M's head. He cried like it was the worse pain ever : ( It really wasn't bad, but he does the bad stuff to himself. He doesn't need our help. LOL.
Alex fell out of a grocery cart. Avery dislocated her arm by pulling against me in a heated discussion about whether it was naptime, and it does happen all the time now. Most recently, she was throwing a fit in her carseat, waving her arms like a mad woman, and threw it out. I don't think I have done anything awful to Adam...yet.
nail clippers here, at a few weeks old. After that, I just bit his nails off while BFing for months.
The worst thing that happened to him? My dad had him on the kitchen counter, PAC dropped his toy, dad reached down to get it, but PAC came tumbling down, face first onto the tile floor. You guys remember the black eye/stiches pic, right?
My babies!!

Oh, but the twins did something bad to Adam. He was only a few weeks old - maybe 6? - and DH was watching all three. He left Adam strapped in the bouncy seat in the living room while he ran to the kitchen for a sec. He heard screaming and came running back in and the twins had flipped Adam over so he was suspended upside down from the bouncy. Nice.
Just a few weeks ago, I nearly starved Jayden to death. Ok, that's being a tad bit dramatic, but I'll never forgive myself for it!!
We were at Busch Garden and he had refused breakfast that morning and since his speech is delayed (and he was overstimulated) he had no way of telling me he was hungry at the park. He was having fits and I was getting really angry and frustrated. Got on a roller coaster with my mom and on the ride up to the top I kept thinking about Jayden. On the ride down I didn't even scream b/c it was then that I realized that my child must be hungry. Got off the ride and went straight to get him a hot dog and fries and he devoured it. every.single.crumb.
Yeah, I felt HORRIBLE!

FINALLY!!! After 7 years of infertility!
I will always remember this...I used disinfecting wipes on DS during diaper changes while in the NICU..for THREE WEEKS! How was I supposed to know?? There was a big white tub of wipe-looking things and I just assumed they were diaper wipes. One day a nurse saw me do it and yelled out "Nooooooo!" I was too embarrassed to tell her I had been doing it for 3 weeks.
Oh, and a week in they told me he had a yeast infection and they were treating him for it...probably wasn't it at all
Oh man!!! I would never forget that either... they should have had them clearly labeled.
We were moving she was a year old & I couldn't find the tray to the highchair so I put her up to the table (tall bar high table) she pushed off of the side of the table with her feet & I saw her in slow motion from accross the room fall onto the tile floor. Big goose egg.
When DS was a baby he was laying on the floor. He spit up and started to choke on it a little, so I lifted him up very quickly and bumped his head directly into one of those stand up floor fans! Thank God the fan wasn't turned on.
Re: what's the worst thing you've done (on accident) to DC?
LOL! That post cracks me up.
Me with my littlest.
lets see...
She fell twice off the bed while in my care
She stuck her fingers in the door with me while I was closing it
I've bonked her head in the wall SO many times.
hmmm I'm sure there's more. Poor kid was born to a klutz.

I forgot about this one! Another check for me.
