  We use bottled but I know plenty of people use the Brita filter!

  we use the brita-if your water doesnt have flouride youll need to talk to your pedi about supplements.

  We use tap water.  Britta will be just fine.  When we went out of town, we used bottled water since their water is very hard.

  i didnt know there was special water to use- we just use bottled water- i dont drink from the tap

  It should be ok. We use tap water without a filter because we have really good city water. If you're worried about fluoride with the filter, you can use Nursery Water. They sell special stuff for that reason.

  We use the water right out of the tap but we have good city water. I asked my pedi and was told our tap water is fine, but no well water. I would think the Brita water should be fine, but my DS likes his bottles pretty warm so I normally just run warm water out of the tap and use it like that instead of heating bottles.

  For anyone that is curious, my pediatrician told us today to use filtered (ie: Brita) tap water.
