DH and I are selling our house to hopefuly be able to move closer to work. We are using a realtor in the city even though we are currently in a suburb (a little farm town). Our realtor has posted us to MLS, put a sign in the yard, made flyers for the sign and that is it. What else should I be expecting her to do? Thanks!

Make sure your realtor takes good pictures (that showcase your home) and virtual tours usually attract more attention.
Also advertising in the local papers works well if in a smaller/rural area
