Update: Back from HSG!

So, it was very unpleasant but was short. Not sure how much the 800 mg of ibuprofen helped but I survived and it was definitely not as bad as I thought it would be.

And the good news is ALL TUBES ARE CLEAR! Yayyyyy!!!

So, now we have TI on Wednesday and then the post coital ultrasound on Thursday.

Glad to hear it went well even if it wasn't pleasant. Glad to hear your tubes are clear too. The post coital test was a little odd for me. I tried not to think about what the point for our TI was as it started to kill the mood some.

I'll be having my HSG in less than a week. Glad to know it wasn't too bad. Any tips? Were you ok to go back work?

Mine was fine. I could have gone back to work or danced at a club afterwards, but everyone is different.

I was supposed to have a post coital test a couple of months ago. I went in for the u/s, but it turned out I was ovulating late that cycle. I wasn't going to O for a few more days and there was no fertile CM. Since no fertile CM, dr. said no point in doing the post coital. He told me to tell my husband that one was just for fun.
