What is the one thing that annoys you the most about your mil?

For me I would have to say she does stuff I would not approve of (and she knows it) when she has my lo. Another, she acts like I am crazy bc I am over protective of my lo and want to keep him instead of having her babysit all the time.

    She's clinically depressed but manages VERY well with medication. She manipulates her three sons by getting emotional and I think she knows it. I'm not trying to downplay depression at all, but any time she asks them for something, they go running to her side because they don't want her to get emotional.

    One thing? That's hard.....probably how she acts helpless now that she's divorced and expects my husband to help her do everything.

    She always acts sad that she never sees DD, but she never calls or asks to see her! She lives 10 minutes away! I've told her many times that she's welcome to come and see her whenever she wants, but she never does.

    That she can't remember anything if it pertains to us.  no matter how many times I tell her.

    the hardest thing to deal with is her borderline personality disorder and how she tries to create problems between dh and I (and dh and his siblings) going back and forth with the lies.

    there is a silver lining though- DH and I are stronger than ever because of her.

    I forgot to add this. She has my dh do so much for her like she is helpless and expects him at her beck and call. She actually had him come over to take her trash out to the front lawn. The worst part is my dh actually did it. ahhhhhhh I just wanted to scream.

    When she comes and cleans my house. I know I shouldnt get upset about it, the help is nice but its the comments she makes like the other day she came in and was like "ohh you washed your floor" Umm yeah I clean my floor every week to two weeks. Pretty good for having a demanding 7 month old. Also when ever she helps clean (which I try to get her to stop) she moves EVERYTHING AROUND. I make dh deal with her now.
