NBR: Need good thoughts and prayers

I am a first grade teacher. We've been in school for 2 weeks. On Friday the principal came to us and said he needed to move a 1st grade teacher to kindergarten. He asked me first because I did ask for a change last year but I wanted a non-home room position. I did decide to do it for a variety of reasons (full time parapro, no state testing, love little kids). I have the rest of the week to get ready, but could you any prayers or thoughts as I make this transistion this week.

Good Luck to you!!! My Sister-In-Law had the opposite happen to her, she moved from K to 1st Grade. She was worried about the transition too but it went great! I'm sure yours will as well!

Praying for a smooth week for you. Coming from a family of teachers, I can only imagine how much stress it can be to prepare for a completely new grade!
