Alright, cupcake flavors anyone?

I'm going to get 4 dozen, each dozen a different flavor. 

Options:

VANILLA

  • Vanilla: fine madagascar bourban vanilla cake with creamy vanilla buttercream frosting
  • Pink princess: fine madagascar bourban vanilla cake wih creamy pink vanilla buttercream frosting
  • Lemon Custard: light vanilla cake with tart lemon custard filling topped with lemon buttercream frosting
  • Coconut: madagascar bourbon vanilla cake with cream cheese icing and topped with coconut shavings
  • Almond delight: almond cake with creamy almond frosting topped with toasted almonds.
  • White Chocolate Raspberry: vanilla cake with white chocolate filling topped with pink raspberry buttercream
  • Chocolate Vanilla: rich French imported chocolate frosting atop a moist vanilla cake
  • Keylime: a creamy vanilla cake filled with keylime custard, topped with a tart lime frosting, sprinkled with lime zest
  • Strawberry: a moist vanilla cake topped with strawberry buttercream frosting made with fresh pureed strawberries
  • Cinnamon Cream Cheese: a rich vanilla cake topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting
  • Blueberry: a moist vanilla cake filled with fresh blueberry compote, finished with a blueberry cream frosting and a fresh blueberry on top

CHOCOLATE:

  • Chocolate Cinnamon Ganache: rich cholcolate cake topped with freshly made ganache and cinnamon maple frosting
  • Andes Mint Chunk: moist chocolate cake with a layer of chocolate ganache topped with mint frosting and andes mint chunks
  • Mocha Cream: imported Callebaut chocolate cake with rich mocha cream frosting
  • Peanut Butter Drizzle: our rich chocolate cake topped with indulgent peanut butter frosting drizzled with decadent caramel sauce
  • Chocolate Cake: a light moist buttermilk cake with rich chocolate flavor, topped with rich chocolate frosting
  • Chocolate Vanilla: Callebaut chocolate cake toped with creamy Madagascar bourbon vanilla buttermilk frosting
  • Red Velvet- a top seller, this southern favorite is a buttermilk cake with a touch of our callebaut cocoa, topped with deluxe cream cheese and sprinkled with crushed pecans
  • Carrot Cake Supreme - a very moist carot cake mixed with nuts, crushed pineapple, fresh carrots and spices, topped with deluxe cream cheese frosting

    Since it is a luau I would definitely go with coconut and key lime.  The for my family I would go with Lemon and red velvet.

    Oh yeah, I almost forgot.  I would order an additional 1/2 dozen of the peanut butter ones to hide for myself.

    Key Lime

    Almond Delight or Coconut - Because they go with your theme, but may not have the mass appeal to do both.

    Vanilla

    Red Velvet

    I would do keylime, blueberry, chocolate vanilla and one other "fun" flavor.

    Keylime/blueberry b/c of the luau theme [fruity], chocolate vanilla b/c it's plain for picky people and just one more fun flavor.
