Appearently a 33 year old pregnant woman was murderd by her 19 year old boyfriend.. Tongue Tied

(thats a little weird for me personally). They never mentioned how she was killed, how far along she was, or why he did it. Thankfully they found him, and have him in custody, he is being charged with 2nd degree murder. This story breaks my heart! Her new beginning came to a tragic end,,, I hope the "man" who did this rots in prison. Prayers to her family...

That's so sad and shocking. Although pregnant women are more likely to be the victims of domestic violence (including murder), it's just unthinkable to me that someone would have that little regard not only for the mother's life but for the life of his child!

I hope never gets out of jail.

Just heard it on my news. She was 4 months along. They are trying to file more charges for killing the fetus, because he killed the mother. So sad.

I don't know if the stat is still current, but homicide was the #1 cause of death for pregnant women.

There was an gruesome murder in the state to my south last month where the fetus was actually taken from the mother. The baby was found alive and okay, though.
