  I just use water and baby wash in a bottle. I know other moms use some kind of oil. I just used what I had around the house already. it works great for me

  i use just plain water but ditto PP, you can use regular baby wash and water.

  I have 2 bottles - one is plain water for nonmessy changes and the other is water, a tiny squirt of baby wash, and a couple drops of tea tree oil - for messy changes.

  I use Bottom Spray by Bum Genius if we are out...but it irritates diaper rash....when home at at my parents' we just use a cloth and warm water.

  I have monkeydoodlez cubes that can be dissolved in water to make a nice solution for a spray bottle.  I make my own wipes.
