Hot baths while TTC

Ok, I know my DH has to stear clear of hot baths while TTC, and obviously it is fine for me to bathe... my questions is about after you have done the BD, but before you ovulate (i.e., the sperm are swimming around in ME waiting for the egg).... am I supposed to avoid baths?? It just seems like if hot baths kill the sperm in DH, wouldn't it do the same when they are in me??

    I've been wondering this same question myself, but have failed to find any conclusive info on the web or in books!?!?!  It can't hurt to avoid hot baths during your 2WW.  But that is so hard espchally if you take frequent baths.  I take one every morning . . . it helps me ease into being awake (I am not a morning person). Big Smile I'm trying to cut back!  Sad

    Got pregnant on our own without Fertility Treatments - January 2016!  Thank you snow storm Jonas!
    EDD 10/15/16
    At 20-week anatomy scan found IUGR (Intrauterine Growth Restriction), and very low Amniotic Fluid.  Now, I'm High Risk and have weekly ultrasounds to monitor fluid and growth.  If baby runs out of room or is too growth restricted, they will deliver ASAP.  My current goal is to make it to 28 weeks!

    I limited hot baths. I still took nice warm, relaxing baths, but I made sure the water wasn't hot enough to turn my skin pink. Don't know if it made any difference, but it made me worry less.
