Any ideas? Diagnose DD

While I wait for pedi's office to open this morning...help diagnose DD:

Wish I had a pic, but my camera is MIA at the moment...

On Friday afternoon, I notice that she had a very light rash on her face.  Tiny little red spots, almost like pimples starting. They were very light, not bumps-just spots.  They have gotten darker, more numerous.  She has them on her neck also, but no where else.

She's not itchy, no fever, otherwise seems fine.  No new soaps, detergents, foods, etc and our apt. is air conditioned, so she not hot.  I'm at a loss for what it is...  any ideas?

    When you press on it, does it fade? We've gone through something similar twice. My son was COVERED in this red rash after being a little sick for a few days. The pedi. said is was a viral rash. It usually shows up at the end of an illness. No treatment for it; it went away in a few days.

    I just went and pressed, and nope.  Doesn't fade at all.  But, thanks for the suggestion!
