Etsy = FAIL!

I ordered a t-shirt, custom made for DD's bday party this weekend, with Dora material on it, in the shape of a "2". It never arrived, as she promised it would by today. I filed a PayPal dispute b/c she wasn't responding to my emails. Found out today she refunded my $. Glad about that, however now I'm stuck with nothing for her to wear to her own party. :( Remember, she's afraid of the tutu outfit I also bought from etsy. LOL! Ugh. Girls.

    That totally sucks! I've never had a problem with Etsy.  I'm sorry that happened to you.  :(  Uggh. :(

    This is the 3rd Etsy complaint I've seen on here in the past few weeks. I'm staying away from those people!!

    Girl I am so sorry!  I just ordered an Elmo dress from Etsy and I can say nothing but nice things about Grand Kid Designs.  She told me 2 weeks and i got it in a week!  and it was priced good too!

    At least you got your money back.  I bought a shirt for my friend for her son's 2nd birthday.  She was so excited for him to wear it- it had a big dump truck on it with a 2.  Somehow it fell out of my stroller as I walked from my home to hers.  I still dont know what happened but when I got to her place it was gone.  I re-traced my steps but I live in NYC so a million people probably saw it on the ground and someone took it.  She put on a brave face and told me it didn't matter- that her son was ok in any shirt- but I could see she was bummed. 

    So I lost the shirt, diappointed my friend AND lost my money!! 

    3 IUI's and 2 IVF's later- Brady arrived. Born at 36 weeks after PUPPS and pre-e/HELLP.
    IUI- BFN IVF #1 -BFP! Allie is our 2nd IVF baby. Born at 36 1/2 weeks after pre-e again

    Yeah, and this woman had all positive feedback (like in the 100's) so I'm sure it was an unintentional mishap.

    I bought a tutu and matching shirt, and many other things on Etsy before, without a problem.

    Don't you HATE it when you try to do something good for another, and it backfires!? Ahhhh! I could scream for you! LOL!
