I knew two girls named Allegra when I was in school... I always thought it was a nice name. But that was back before the allergy medicine stole that name Wink

The drug. ?I know someone (she's 30) named Allegra. ?She loved her name until the drug became well known, now she's not such a fan.

if it weren't for the allergy med, i would find it to be very pretty. but theres way too much of an association there....

yuck- reminds me of medication- you wouldn't name your kid Zantac or Claritin.

There used to be a show on Nick Jr whose main character was named Allegra. I liked it when I was a kid, and named my dolls that, but the allergy medication did kind of ruin that.
