I think Eli works on it's own. If you're wanting to use it as a nn I like Elijah better.

I love Elijah of course and I prefer Eli used as a nickname. Elias and Eli are both fine though as first names.

Love the name Eli! If we have a boy he will be Elliot, but I think we'll eventually just call him Eli. But out of the names you have, I like Elijah best.

I know SOOO many Elis who are all toddlers. It's a cute name but I'm already sick of it in my parts. Anyway, I like Elijah better but the cutest of the little Elis I know is Elias, so I still like that, too.
