What is (or was) your potty training plan?

I'm sad to say I don't have one.  I ask my son every night before bath if he wants to pee on the potty.  Last night he said yes and actually did it!!!  Yay!!!  He pee'd 3 more times on the potty last night and 3 times so far tonight (I work during the day and he's in daycare  - they'll work with me to potty train him - but I haven't met w/ them yet). 

 

Any advice?  Do you reward?  Do you just do naked time for 3 days and it's over?  Let me know.  I don't recall being potty trained myself ; p

    Sorry!  I don't post on here regularly anymore - no time : )   He's 25 months old.  I'm not in a rush.  And I'm not going to force him - not like he'll be in diapers until he's 16.  But I'm excited about his interest - especially w/ #2 on the way : )

    My son was his age. We went out and bought awesome superman underwear! Then threw out the diapers. We made a sticker chart- the boy loves stickers. And we did one m&m for pee and 2 m&ms for poop along with the stickers. 7 days later, not a diaper to be had :)
