  I love all the names except Madison. Any other combo of the names would be great with twins but putting maddison in the  mix doesnt flow as nicely.

   

  I have twins as well...boy/girl the girl is Gianna but if i had 2 girls it would have been Gianna and Goia or Gianna and Gabriella.

   And i love that you are spelling Guiliana the italian way!!!

  Guiliana, Isabella and Gabriella in any combo sound wonderful!
