  Wal-Mart- unless Target has them on sale. They are not on sale this week that I know of. I was just there!

  The cheapest I found was at BRU and diapers.com.  I bought a box of almost 200 and other stuff at diapers.com and the shipping was free and got to my house in 2 days.

  The Newborn Pamper Swaddlers are cheaper at Target.  They are 18.99 and at Wal-Mart they are around 20.97.  I haven't checked other sizes as DD is still in the Newborn ones.

  Walmart was cheaper, but the raised their prices a couple months ago.  They are the same now unless Target has them on sale.
