yes, I returned unopened diapers and wipes without a receipt and got formula. You need a membership though (I used my Mom's)

I am sure you get your money back if you have a receipt

Call them. It depends what it is sometimes. Helps if you have the receipt. I returned a phone recently that I had purchased 3 years ago. I think they took it back b/c I had the receipt. I just got store credit.

Costco will take ANYTHING back. I have returned 3 vacuums to them because they stopped working. They never gave me a problem. My mom bought me a box of Huggies and they were the wrong size so I took them back and got a gift card and got the right size. They are awesome!

I heard that they'll take almost anything back. I saw a couple there returning what looked like a very used vacuum and they took it back!

They'll take anything. I had a DVD player that stopped working after a year, and they took it back.INo box, no receipt. They just looked it up from my membership card.
