DS has hand foot and mouth:(

He doesn't have a fever, and is drinking and eating normally, but woke up this morning with weird little blisters on his hands, feet, and around his diaper area. He was up every half hour last night, so I guess this was why. On top of that, I'm pretty sure he's working on some molars.

I hope this doesn't mean we have to stop TTC! Have a call in to my OB now. Poor baby boy!

Poor guy! My DD's had it twice and it's God-awful! Be glad that your DS is eating/drinking... mine screamed when we'd try to give her anything (but she only had sores in her mouth). It's so horrible! You can give him Tylenol/Motrin (alternate) every 3-4 hours, which can help with the pain. Also, try ice cream, pudding and popsicles if the sores end up moving to his mouth. GL!

DS had this about 6 weeks ago (I think). Plenty of fluids for hydration and Tylenol/Motrin for the throat pain/fever were key for us! The worst was over in a few days though...
