33 Weeks and Extreme Back Pain

If I wake up at all in the middle of the night I cannot get back to sleep because of this horrible back pain near my kidney. It doesn't hurt there during the day at all so I don't think it's a kidney problem. Last night a phone call woke me at 1:45 and I tried sleeping back in bed, then the couch (where we have recliners), and then our spare bedroom. I took Tylenol and used an ice pack, all for nothing.

Is anyone else dealing with this? I feel like it's only going to get worse since I have 7 weeks left still....
