that my husband's name is becoming more popular!  his name is elliot and i have never ever met another elliot (and neither has he!). now i see the name all over on this board. :c) i love his name!!

    I like it too but I think it is starting to be used for girls more (like so many good boy names!). I took a baby class and there was a little girl named Elliot in the class.....

    Maybe the show Scrubs inspired the jump to a girls name!

    All I can hear when I hear that name is ET calling out "Ell-i-otttttt". It's nor a bad name- but that kinda spoils it.

    twinmommy:  my dh grew up hearing "ell-i-oooottt" from ET..lol!  he was actually born just before the movie came out..and when his mom had seen the movie she was like, oh sh!t. hah. Big Smile
