new update... still waiting...

there's no beds available at the hospital yet.

Met with the midwife at noon, she did a stretch & sweep - OMG that hurt! DH thinks I was being a wimp but I told him, God did not intend for these girly parts to be touched! 

So overnight I effaced another 10% so I'm now 60% effaced and.......she stretched me to 5cm! Smile

She also gave me black & blue cohosh... a homeopathic remedy thing. They are these little balls that dissolve under your tongue - have to take 2 every 15 minutes for 2 hours, then take 2 hours rest, then do it all again, for as long as it takes till we get a bed at the hospital. OR/AND they're still recommending castor oil but gosh, I'm still not willing to do that.

We went out to one of our favourite restaurants for lunch and just got back now. I guess we can say THAT is our last meal out before baby...at least I hope so.

    I think they should move you to the front of the line this is crazy.  I'm really hoping my LO comes on his own so I don't have to go over 42 weeks, you have handled it much better then I will.
