I am on hold with diapers.com...(I love them, btw)

and they have the worst hold music ever! OMG.

They are price matching the dwellstudio diaperbag to babysteals.com's price for me--- I am so excited! I can now order my other stuff from them too Big Smile

    They are awesome when it comes to customer service! I received a damaged item and they exchanged it the next day (via courier to my home) and I got to keep it, most companies make you return it which is such a hassle. I'll be ordering diapers from them too - their prices are very good!

    I LOVE THEM as well.  I ordered a tub that got a hole in it.  I emailed and the next day I had a new one.  I order all my diapers thru there and I usually get them the very next day.

    When they pick up, please don't complain to the agent on the phone about the hold music.  I used to work at a call centre and get this complaint all the time.  Seriously...the people who work there haven't even heard the music that you hear on hold...and there's nothing they can do about it anyways.

    But...great deal on the diaper bag.
