It will depend on how it grows out. She currently has a receeding hairline, poor girl, so I don't think she'll have a haircut for a long time. I want it to grow out long.
He had to have his first official haircut the day before he turned 3 months. My mom's boss is also a cosmetologist, so she did it when I took him to visit my mom at work.
My LO had a lot of hair at birth, don't know when we will get it cut. It depends how fast it grows (none has fallen out yet). We will take him somewhere to have it cut.
DS had lots of hair at birth, but it all fell out and is being slowly replaced. I won't get it cut until it gets long and someone mistakes him for a girl.
We had to give in and give DS a haircut about a month ago. It was so long I could put it in braids! We had one of our neighbors come and cut it for us. She runs a salon out of her house, and has a son she practices on that is 1 year.
I've already had to trim J's hair at his ears and once he gets a mullet I'll trim it again myself. I won't take him to a barber until his hair is much thicker and longer.

I didn't cut my oldest daughter's hair for well over a year. Since I have girls once it gets long I will just put ponytails in their hair. This LO is already almost at that point. Since her hair is turning curly it sticks up all over the place now until the curls grow in more.
Forgot to say....I will never cut it on my own. I wouldn't know what to do lol. Also, if I had a boy then I would probably give haircuts sooner since I don't know how ponytails would go over with boys lol.
