From what I read, it's fairly common,. I am actually having some spotting now and hoping that it's implantation bleeding

No, but I definitely had implantation cramping...about 7 DPO. I thought AF was starting...two weeks early...and was totally bummed.

A girl friend of mine (who has two kids) said I would almost definitely see some blood so when I didn't, I figured this month was not THE month. It was. Even without the spotting. Ha there.

I had implantation spotting at 9 DPO. I was crampy and miserable and felt like AF was coming, so I told my cousin (we were TTC together) I was out this cycle. Um....I was wrong.

I had it w/ #1 - completely random spotting at 9 DPO when I never bled before day 12. Only a few spots in the evening and then no bleeding again. The second I saw the blood, I knew I was pregnant, because I never, ever bled that early.

That being said, no implantation spotting w/ #2 that I noticed.

I did exactly 12 days after our honeymoon and that is supposedly when we concieved... It was light and for 3 days... then 2 weeks later... BFP!

Yep, I had it...light spotting for a day and half...I thought my period was starting...boy was I wrong!

Yes, I had it, and thought it was just a really early period starting... it was very light but enough to make me think AF was on her way....

I did, it was one wipe of very light pink. We weren't TTC, not even sure why I looked at the toilet paper and didn't even connect the two until my period was late.

I definitely had spotting on 8DPO that lasted one day. I was supposed to start AF about 6 days after that, but it never came. Who knows if this was actually what they call implantation bleeding, but it fit all the descriptions I have ever read.
