I'm planning on making lactation cookies and the recipe I found calls for brewers yeast. I can't find it in the grocery store. I'm planning in trying a different place today, but just want to make sure I'm looking in the right place. I'm looking in the baking goods aisle because that's where other yeast is found. Is this where you found it? I only ask because I just read that it can also be a supplement...maybe I should go to GNC or someplace like that.
Thanks
Re: Brewers yeast
Exactly - I went to Whole Foods and asked an employee to find it for me. Get the one that says it's "buds." Also, I'd reccommend that you increase the amount of chocolate chips.
