    Our landlord told DH that he had been paying his mortgage company and for some reason it got switched and he wasn't notified so the payments weren't going to the right place.  He says we might get one more notice but that it has been taken care of.  DH talked to the lawyer today too, who told us our options, and I think we are just going to wait it out and hopefully get a loan for the house soon.

    Thanks.  Yeah I am relieved.  Hopefully things continue to work out. 

    WHere in Iowa do you live?  I took my dad to the airport in Des Moines today and there was a really nasty accident on I-35.  If we had left the house about 25 minutes earlier, we could have possibly been involved.  It was scary.  Check out kcci.com and you will see the story.
