I ran in the heat yesterday. At noon. I swear -- it felt great when I went out. I only did 2.5 miles. Uphill for half of it.
I am paying for it. Last night I had shakes, headaches, cramps, and nausea. Got up at 5am to pee and there was barely any pee even though I kept drinking.
Today is a little better, but not by much. Anyone know anything I can eat to improve this? I had a banana this morning and last night too.
