okay... I would love to meet my goal weight before I cycle again... but the reality is, my goal weight was what I was right before my wedding... and let's face it, I had not eaten for like a month... so I think that might be a lofty goal.
That being said. I have 8 pounds I want gone before I start my FET next cycle. So... I have to be uber good and really work hard at the gym.
I know I put on weight once I start the Estrace... so, if I take off the 8 more pounds.. I may just go back up to where I am right now, which is actually an okay weight. ( does that make sense? lol!)
This is random... but I needed to put it out there to feel accountable!

I have a few friends on the General Motors Diet right now (google it.. its all the rage apparently. A NYT reporter followed it and lost 11 pounds in 7 days I think)
They say its really not THAT bad to follow... and the websites say you'll lose 10-17 pounds in about 7 days. DH wants to try it next week LOL
i am back to "bootcamp" style (that's what i call it when i eat like a saint and work out 6 days a week) on monday. so i am right there with you girl!
and i totally know what you mean about losing to gain, b/c i am pretty much doing the same!
We are rooting for you. I got back on the healthy wagon on Sunday - eating better and working out 5x a week. So far, so good.
