I keep reading that ginger foods (ginger candies, ginger ale, etc) help with morning sickness and nausea, but I'm not a big ginger fan. Just not crazy about the flavor. But when I was at Trader Joe's last weekend, I found these dark chocolate covered ginger candies. They are the same as regular candied ginger except dipped in dark chocolate. I decided to try them today when I was feeling nauseous and they helped! Plus, they tasted pretty good. Just thought I'd share for any others who don't like ginger that much. I hear dark chocolate is good for you too.
