Success after IF

And then he pooped.

So I had to go in and change him .. and then could NOT get him down, he got really amped up and upset.  Just yelled (bitchily) YOUR TURN to DH (in the basement, oblivious) but he did come upstairs and lo and behold - Jack - is asleep.  Well, well daddy.  Well done.  Perhaps we need to draft you more often.
Wheee!

I KNOW!!  It's awful.  I mean I love seeing him grow, it's magical - but it's TOO FAST!  I thought I'd have a little baby for a long time - it feels like a minute.  I know you're in the newborn blur but hang on to as much as you can, every day.  I would love, love, love to hold "newborn Jack" again.  Crying
