Drs that accept Medicaid?

Okay, so I dont usually post here, but I am going through the process to get signed up for Medicaid since my old insurance has stopped, and I need some help.

I'm hoping some of you guys can refer me to some local docs (having to find a new OB, a family doc, and a pediatrician) that accept Medicaid.  I'm in the Hammonton area, and if you guys could help me out I would REALLY appreciate it.

    I can't help you other than to say to call and ask if they accept it. I'm sure most places do. I'm not in that area or I'd give rec's on who to go to.

    Check Cherry Hill Ob/Gyn (in the 777 Building in Hammonton) I think they do because one of my students uses them and I know that she is on medicaid.  I use them too and love love love Dr McCrosson.

    I have no idea about the medicaid but have you looked into the other state program?  You either qualify for free or reduced healthcare for your entire family depending on your income.  It saved a friend of mine over a thousand dollars a month because her insurance was so expensive as her husband's company made them pay for the entire policy.  I know she signed up at the WIC office so you might want to look into that and I think that it may be easier to find doctors that participate.
