ALWAYS make you ovulate within 36-40 hours? Has anyone not O'ed after an HCG trigger? I took the trigger Friday night. ER said I would ovulate on Sunday. My temps did not raise until this morning. Now I am wondering if I o'd yesterday and not Sunday. I would post my chart if I knew how!

Re: Does ovidrel...
you could have a progesterone test 7dpo to check but usually ovidrel makes you ovulate
mine is usually 30-40 hours after....i can feel it - I get very sore and bloated...
Throw the thermometer away. You are on so many injected hormones that your temps will not be accurate.
There were studies done on the effectiveness of ovidrel and other hcg triggers and it showed 96% of all cases ovulated within the time frame.

My RE told me this too. So, I would stop stressing and stop temping.
Agree. All the medications mess up your temping. YOu have to give that up and rely on your RE

I hope it's alright for me to post.
I thought I didn't O on my second cycle (no temp shift, didn't feel anything). I went in at 2dpiui and my P4 level showed that I did indeed O. Even with that, my temps didn't go up until I started the prometrium.
Which is all just to say that it's probably okay to trust that the trigger worked.
