Need help with girls first name....

Hello all, I'm still in the very early stages (4 wks, 4 days) but my husband and I CANNOT find a girls name we can agree on. 

His mother passed away when he was 8 and her name was Josephine so we know we definately want to use it as a middle name, but we just cannot agree on a first name.  He really wants to be able to call her _______ Jo, for instance, Mary Jo, etc., which I am not thrilled with.

Any suggestions/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    I think that Josie is a very nice name (I think it's originally a nickname for Josephine). I had a student a few years back and I thought it was adorable! 

    Maybe you could use that instead of Jo...
