I'd also be interested to see if anyone has done this. I've been looking into this one and also Insanity. I'm worried that PX90 might over-bulk my muscles, while Insanity seems to use excersises?that lean them out more.?

My SIL and BIL have been doing it for about 50 days and they love it! My SIL was really small to begin with, but she just uses lighter hand weights (5 or 6 pounds I think) to keep from getting too bulky. We were at a pool party this last weekend and the both look really toned.
Hope this helps!

My MIL and FIL are a couple months into it and they look great! They werent big to begin with, but, they lost 8-10 pounds in less than a month and they're toning up. (They're in their early 40s if this helps..)
I used it for 3 weeks and lost 2 lbs per week. There are several different programs you can do (it's all explained to you in the guides you get) so you won't bulk if you don't want to. I actually loved it, and I would have continued doing it if I didn't end up pregnant shortly after I started it (I think it is too intense for a pregnant me to do). My advice is that you need to stay committed. The workouts are an hour or more per day. You must follow the meal plan for it to work (it is actually a LOT of food, which surprised me). It is a very easy plan in terms of knowing what DVDs to use on what day and what to eat, just follow the guides. (ETA: but NOT easy in the workouts, so don't get discouraged if you have to take lots of breaks at first). I actually just sold mine this weekend (sadly).
