I'm confused....is the correct answer "so that you don't have to use formula"? I'm planning on EP'ing for a year if possible. I have enough milk in the freezer that, if my supply died right now, I could get her to 6 months, which is absolutely a milestone- don't get me wrong!
Are you looking for motivation? I stopped EPing a few weeks ago and DD has gotten constipated several times due to formula. I am talking constipation that results in using a thermometer to dig the poop out that was stuck in her butt. (sorry for the tmi) BTW, love your daughter's name!

Ditto. I'm still pumping some at 13 months, although he does get regular milk mixed with bm.
