Sorry, I don't have any recipes on hand but I wanted to tell you that you can find a ton on Allrecipes.com and I think Paula Deen has a section on her site for slow cooker meals.
You are going to LOVE your slow cooker. I'm using mine right now for a Chicken Taco Vegetable soup.
potatoes (peeled and cut up) and carrots- you choose how much you want (I usually use enough to surround the pot roast with, to fill the pot)
1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix
4 Beef Bouillon cubes
Put everything in the slow cooker, fill with water up to the level of the pot roast/potatoes
Set timer for at least 6 hours on high, though I prefer 8 or 10 hours on low, it just falls apart!
Makes a watery gravy, not a thick gravy.

super simple but really good...just put chicken breasts in a slow cooker with a bottle of zesty italian dressing. Comes out super tender and yummy. I usually serve with mashed potatoes (use cooked dressing for gravy) but you can also cut up potatoes and add to the slow cooker.
Re: What's your favorite slow cooker meal?
