Looking for a Yoga/Aerobics class for Preggos in San Gabriel Valley.

I've realized how out of shape I am and I really need to get on track now that I'm 11 weeks and 3 days pregnant. But I'm having trouble finding sources online to help me find a class in my area. Can you help me?

There is a prenatal water aerobics class at the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Can't say I know of any places in the Pomona area, but I used to live in Monrovia and there was a yoga studio down the street called Yoga Madre that offered prenatal yoga. I am sure you could find a yoga studio in Claremont as well that would offer the same. However, while you are still small belly wise, you could just take classes at any gym.
