until I am compeletly done nursing. I wore a regular bra on Sunday and Monday I had a plugged duct. It worked it's way down and now I havea milk blister. I don't know if the 2 have anything in common or not but I'm not taking any chances
ohh, that stinks I don't even know what a milk blister is but it doesn't sound good. I got fitted for an underwire nursing bra after G was born- I just don't feel "dressed" without one.
Ow.The words milk blister make me wince! Does it hurt? I have had a plugged duct before and that was a beyotch. I can't give up my underwire, lucky for me we haven't have problems.
I didn't wear one in the 15 months I breastfed, and now that I'm back to wearing underwire, I HATE THEM!!! Uggh... I'm sure it will just take time but it's definitely not as comfy.
