Advice on stuffy nose

Is there a remedy for a 4 monther with a stuffy nose and little cough?

    saline drops are great. run a humidifier all night and prop your LO's head if possible when sleeping.

    My doc told me to use Hydrasense nasal spray for babies and run a hot shower and just sit with them in the bathroom, the steam is supposed to help.

    The saline drops do work although they obviously won't help with the cough.  My DS has been congested, coughing, etc. for months now and the doc gave him an RX of Cphen DM drops that are safe for his age.  It seems to help for the most part.  We also elevate his bed due to reflux and congestion with books under one part of the bed as well as run the humidifier.  GL!
