EPIC diaper fail (warning: gross)

We thought we heard DS poop so DH took him to change him. Then I heard "OH MY GOD! Get in here!" I come in to find DS's lower half covered in poop. Up the front past his belly button, up the back almost to his shoulders. There was poop everywhere. DH took scissors to the onesie because it was soaked and we didn't want it to get all over DS's upper half.?

Needless to say, he got a bath. ?

  • Sounds like what happened to me a couple hours ago (minus the scissors part...I'm trying to spare the onesie 'cause I love it...we'll see if I can get the stain out)!

  • I cracked up laughing after the second sentence!  A slightly less graphic version of this happen to DH the other night.  Stick out tongue
  • we've had that happen before, usually due to the jumperoo squishing everything out
  • That's a lot of poop! lol

Lay the onesie out in the sun for several hours after you wash it, I swear the stain will come out

  • Haha, that's actually how DD's first non-sticky poop went. And it resulted in her first bathtime at home.

A day later, she blew out all over her daddy's shirt while he was holding her. Comedy gold.

Kind of says something about those Wal-Mart diapers, though. Glad to see that we're almost out of them so we can move on to trying something else.

  • Im sure he feels nice and comfy now!! That much poop he HAD to be uncomfortable. AND a bath.. He'll probably take a good long nap!
