Calling all Charlotteans!!

Hi!  I need your help.  I am planning a baby shower for a friend that lives in Charlotte.  Is anybody familiar with Tutto Mondo Lounge?  Is this an appropriate place to hold a shower?  I've looked at the website but they only have one picture.  I am out of town (obviously) and can have another friend check it out but I just thought I'd check with the gals on here.  Thoughts??  Thanks so much!

    I would opt for The Pewter Rose, which is right next door.

    The Pewter Rose is excellent.  I had a bridal luncheon there for about 15 people and the food was great, service was very good and it was reasonable.

    I was gonna say the same thing Pewter Rose would be better,But depending on your budget you may wanna look at some other options. How many people will be attending?

    Thanks for the feedback ladies!  I'm guessing (on the high side) there will probably be about 45 people there.  It is going to be a co-ed family shower so I am hoping for kind of a relaxed atmosphere.

    Tutto Mundo is more of a bar/club/lounge with a very "urban" feeling...its a nice place but I don;t know about a shower there unless you could do it during the day or have it to yourselves. There isn't a lot of seating, just the bar and a bunch of couches/lounge chairs...only coffee tables, not real tables. Though I haven't been in awhile, so it oculd have changed. Also, I think they just serve food from the Pewter Rose...I would go with the Pewter rose, its very nice inside, and more suited towards a shower. GL~
