  It's better than nothing, but not particularly well-designed. It does cover the cart or high chair, but it has these shoulder straps that are totally useless.

  I have one but it's not the EB brand.  It's not perfect but it does the trick. I would rather DD chew on that than the shopping cart.  Gross.

  I have one and LOVE it.  It fits every cart that I've used (Even target!) and Home Depot.  I love the harness and the little bag it folds itself into.  I dont' see how its not well designed but that's just my opinion.

  Return! Return! Return! We used it once and returned it. it was awful. We had the Geo print its light blue with blue dots on it and brown accents. It fit ok but the harness was too high and wrapped under his arm pits it looke uncomfortable. Plus the harness doesnt attach to anything so when he leans forward the whole thing leans with him. It was so unsafe. It was 19.99 last week when we got it. We returned it and got the boppy safe seat. its awesome!

  I love ours, but yeah I never use the shoulder harness. Fits fine in most carts and restaurant high chairs.

  LOL  It DOES have straps to tie to the cart so the harness doesn't move....  Did you miss those?

  I bought one and took it back.  We go to BJ's a lot and it did not fit the back of the seat at all..way too small.

  My husband put Ian in it. Im sure we missed those! I still hated it. The boppy one is awesome though. I recommend that one instead
