I hate when MIL watches DS

because he always ends up smelling like her! She doesn't have body odor, but she just has this...scent (for lack of better word) that I hate. It is bath night every day that she watches him so I can get his sweet baby smell back!

Yuck!

When I pick DS up from my aunts house he always smells like Downy b/c she does laundry while he is there.

Yeah, whenever I pick her up from daycare I always give her a bath b/c she has this nasty daycare funk smell. It's like mothballs, sweat and dirty puppy - not a good combo.

Yes - DD ends up smelling like one of the DC lady's cheap perfume. I hate it, but I love that she's getting lots of loving and holdng too.

lol. My MIL's "stink" is about the only thing about her that doesn't send me over the edge. I see her this weekend, and now I am going to be sniffing away.

YES! I am so glad I am not the only one. When he was first born it would actually make me a little nauseous when I tried to BF him and he didn't smell like my sweet baby. Hormones?

This happens to me too. I think its their house. My DD comes home and I can't wait to get that smell off her.
