  Using it now and yes, it has worked pretty well for me. I noticed an increase within a week and the only side effects I have had is thirst and some very mild headaches.

  I used it when i EPed and i noticed a 5 oz more a day increase.  I didn't notice side effects.

  Peeper!!!

  I use it, take 4 pills 3 times a day. I got a bum rack...
  No side effects, although it may have contributed to some very very minor headaches when I first started taking it. I can't say as how much it affected my supply as I started it before my supply kicked in and I haven't stopped since.

  Oh, and if I get what mechanism of action means, I believe it cranks up the production of prolactin, which in turn cranks up BM production.

  I take 20mg 4x/day.  Seems to be working (i've only been taking it since last Friday).  No side effects here.

  LOL at your "bum rack" - this is just one more way my girls have disappointed me

  You got MOA - thats what I needed to know. I don't know if this  will be safe with a prolactinoma.
